1. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable products are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

eBooks
Digital guides
Checklists, templates, or printables
Any downloadable files

Once your purchase is complete and the product is delivered (via email or direct download), the sale is considered final.

💡 Why? Digital products are immediately accessible and cannot be “returned,” which makes refunds incompatible with this type of product.

2. Damaged or Inaccessible Files

If you experience issues accessing your files or believe your download is corrupted:

We’ll do our best to resend the file or assist you in resolving the problem.

3. Unauthorized Purchases

If a purchase was made without your consent, please contact us immediately. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis in alignment with payment processor (PayPal or Stripe) policies.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. We’re here to help and value open communication.

Frequent or unfounded disputes may result in restriction from future purchases.
